Business rates are applicable in connection with service furnished at a business location or any other place where the service is used primarily or predominantly for business, professional or institutional purposes.

Residence rates apply in private residences where the service is used primarily or predominantly for social or domestic purposes and the telephone is not advertised (newspapers, business cards, yellow pages, etc.) for business purposes.
