new customer and not assuming another customers service) within 30 days of
activation. This represents NEP's commitment to a full money back guarantee
on all sevices, taxes and fees. In order for full refund on cellular
equipment customer must return all parts of the phone including phone, SIM
card, charger, manual, CD's if applicable, data cords if applicable, ear
piece if applicable and box. Phone must be fully operational without damage
and test calls must be completed.
