LOCAL EXCHANGE SERVICE is defined as voice grade, incoming and outgoing access to the public switched network and usage within a local calling area; with touch tone capability, listing in the directory, access to operator services, access to directory assistance, access to telecommunications relay service and other services designed for persons with disabilities, and access to emergency services.

Custom Local Area Signaling Service (CLASS)

CLASS service will be offered at the following rates which are in addition to the regular service charges.

The CLASS services listed below can be used on a per usage basis. If a customer utilizes any one particular CLASS service enough times during a billing period that the accumulated usage charges exceed the monthly rate, the monthly rate would apply.

Custom Calling Service (CCS)

Customer Calling Service will be offered at the following rates which are in addition to the regular service charges.

You may request the addition of any number of features within a calling plan to your service for a single, low service charge ($7.00 for residences, $13.00 for businesses). The charge would apply any time you modify the menu of services you subscribe to.
