Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) Consumer Rights
NEP Cellcorp, Inc. understands consumer rights with regards to Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC). NEP Cellcorp, Inc. has the following policy in place for all consumers with hearing loss, both partial and full. All phones carried by NEP Cellcorp, Inc. are TTY/TDD.
NEP Cellcorp, Inc carries three (3) phone models that have been certified by the FCC as T3 rated.

NEP Cellcorp, Inc carries four (4) phone models that have been certified by the FCC as M3 rated.

- Nokia 6103
Applicable Technical Standards
The performance levels set forth in ANSI C63.19 (a technical standard established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)) are the applicable standard for compatibility of digital wireless phones with hearing aids. ANSI C63.19 contains two sets of standards: one for reduced radio frequency (RF) interference to enable acoustic coupling with hearing aids that do not operate in telecoil mode, and a separate standard to enable inductive coupling with hearing aids operating in telecoil mode. A digital wireless handset is considered hearing aid compatible for acoustic coupling if it meets a "U3" or "M3" rating under the ANSI standard. A digital wireless handset is considered hearing aid compatible for inductive coupling if it meets a "U3T" or "T3" rating under the ANSI standard.
In addition, any consumer who wants to trial one of our compliant phones can do so up to seven days. If it is determined the phone and/or service is not up to standard the consumer is entitled to a 100% full money back guarantee.
NEP Cellcorp, Inc. does not manufacture phones and can not guarantee ANSI standards. Each individual phone manufacturer has authenticated their phones standard with the FCC and such, NEP Cellcorp, Inc. has listed their phone as compliant.
