Link Up America
Lifeline Service is available to help low-income customers get and keep local telephone service in their primary homes. If your income is at or below 100% of the U.S. Census Bureau Level Guidelines, you may qualify for Lifeline Service which provides for a reduction on the local service portion of the monthly phone bill. The Link Up America program offers a 50% reduction in the cost of the Connection Charge of one telephone line for qualified individuals at their primary residence. If your Income is at or below 150% of the U.S. Census Bureau Level Guidelines, you may qualify for Link Up America. Even if you qualify for either or both of these programs, you still are responsible for all other charges on your monthly phone bill.
