The United States Postal Service has recently implemented new services standards for its first-class mail, lengthening the delivery time for about 30% of its volume. That means it could take up to 5 days to deliver some first-class mail instead of 2 or 3 days.
This change may affect how soon you get your mail, including your NEP bill.
It may also cause a delay in receiving your mailed payment.
